Grown by smallholder farmers in Ethiopia’s Sidama Zone, this coffee captures the expressive character and floral depth the region is known for while remaining balanced and approachable.
Cultivated between 1700–1900 meters in rich nitisol soil, the coffee is naturally processed, hand sorted, and carefully dried on raised beds to develop its fruit-forward profile and clean sweetness.
